Attitude of Gratitude, honestly….

On waking up this morning, before my feet hit the floor, I have the strongest sense of gratitude.  Not for material possessions or just because things might be “going my way” lately; more of a sense of gratitude for the ability to embrace life and live it honestly.  A to-the-bones awakening to the fact that the face I present to others is the TRUE essense of who I am and what I am about, not who or what they want me to be.  In laying this foundation of HONESTY, I am building a strong sense of self-worth that carries over to my loved ones, my friends and family, and my children.  It is okay to accept who you are at this very moment and know that whatever your station in life is, is exactly what it is meant to be.  It is your DUTY to figure out what your purpose is and how you can make it a BETTER day for everyone, be it a smile, a hug, or allowing someone to make a mistake without dredging up the stockpile of prior ones you were harboring.  It’s time to let go, lighten our load, decrease the burden and in doing so create light and love.
